新增知识

新增知识。

接口级参数规则：新增时 name、answer、categoryId、robotId 必填；编辑时 id 必填；similars 最多 200 个；effectiveTime 与 failureTime 必须同时为空或同时存在。

请求字段限制：

id：选填，知识 ID，仅编辑时必填
robotId：必填，机器人 ID
name：必填，标准问
similars：选填，数组
answer：必填，答案内容，支持现有富文本协议
categoryId：必填，分类 ID，0 表示根分类
effectiveTime：选填，生效时间，毫秒时间戳；与 failureTime 必须同时为空或同时存在
failureTime：选填，失效时间，毫秒时间戳；不得小于 effectiveTime
validitySwitch：必填，有效期设置：0-无效，1-有效
isRich：选填，答案是否富文本，不传默认 1，默认值：1
connectedIdList：选填，数组
